This video is called: How to Draw a Pattern for Fashion. Well I didn’t see anything the title claims, I just saw a woman dotting an already drawn pattern. I want to see the pattern from the begining!!
Blue silk with red poka dots isnt very fashionable. . .
I think wat matters is the communication of the idea. . . we understand her aim. . . her drawing style doesn’t really matter cuz it supposed to be unique to her anyway!!! good job! but the application of the polka dots wud not be entirely uniform, as you wud consider the movement of the fabric

having a fashion diploma dosnt mean anything i know people like myself who are self taught and could very easily run circles around this very beginner sketch! fashion cannot be TAUGHT you eitther have it or you dont!!

That is what a fashion sketch is supposed to look like. I have a fashion design diploma and the body is out of proportion to get the idea that the dress etc is long or short
okk for yu bugbites tht know nothing ab fashion design. i go to a performing arts high school. we have fashion design as a major and the students even get to make the clothes they design. ive looked through many books teaching how to do fashion design (yes, im an art major) and seen a lot of the students designs and this is how a fashion design looks like. its supposed to be tall and skinny. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE AVERAGE HUMAN BODY! this is very good if you ask me.

no i didnt see anything in the title about “anathomy”. if you want to make a fashion sketch, it should be as close as an actual person as it can be to have the best accuracy when making the product.

i pointed out a few problems to help other people. i know quite i bit about drawing and fashion, and i wasn’t trying to act smart. unless of course the reader is of such low intelligence they can’t comprehend anything correctly.
Did you see that somewhere it says that this is a ”How to draw a woman – anathomy” video?
No.
This is a fashion sketch and you are allowed to modify a persons body. If you don`t understand anything about fashion or drawing, then don`t act so smart.
Ofcourse, there were some stuff that could be done better, but lets face it – the drawing is really good.

I have 3 jobs, 4 kids, an ex husband, a loan to the bank, and to many days left till the next payday, but even so my 5 minutes of free time…I spend it daily on nice online articles and till this day you never made me loose interest.
I’m greatful for sweetening my daily routine. Yeah, hard times but everybody remember that we need joy also in our lives.
